讲座摘要：全国统一大市场背景下，流通标准体系建设能否激发城市创业活力是值得探讨的重要议题。研究表明：以国家物流标准化试点政策为代表的流通标准体系建设能够显著提升城市创业活力。机制分析表明，物流标准化试点政策通过提升产品流通效率和激发消费市场潜能提升城市创业活力。进一步研究发现，良好的制度环境有助于强化物流标准化试点政策的创业激励效应，且该政策效应在交通枢纽城市、南方地区和服务业中表现更为显著。

讲座主题：The Rice Paddy Imprint: How Founders' Cultural Origins Shape Corporate Pollutant Emissions

讲座摘要：We use a sample of Chinese listed family firms to test whether growing up in 'rice culture' affects the behavior of company founders. We specifically focus on the context of corporate pollutant emissions. We find a negative and significant correlation between founders' rice culture and corporate pollutant emissions. Further evidence suggests that the individual environmental attitude induced by rice culture can explain the reduction in corporate pollutant emissions. Overall, our research sheds light on the importance of culture in shaping individuals' attitudes towards pollutant emissions.
